This is my Outdoor Personal Training Blog, which is what I, Jamie P., do inside, when I’m not Going Out To Get Fit!
I have been part of a group of similarly minded friends and acquaintances for a couple of years now, and my general fitness has really improved and I feel a lot brighter and better all round.
I’ll admit, the first few weeks – probably two months, all told – were probably not as successful as they could have been. Jumping and jogging and sit-ups and so on are only part of any well-functioning program, the “ABCs” if you will, and what I was neglecting was the very important “D” part – diet and drinks!
Once I had got my head around that part, my own personal exercise regime got better through balance, and by controlling my calories – thanks to the instructors at the Group Training for the advice – my results got better and better.
I am going to pick my favourite pieces of outdoor training group ideas and share them with you, and if you think they are great ideas, then please let others know and leave a comment!
